Common questions
My sign-in code didn't arrive
Codes come from codes@nonrevly.com and usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder. Airline and company email systems sometimes hold messages from new senders in quarantine, so look there too, or ask your IT team to allow nonrevly.com. You can request a new code after 60 seconds; only the newest code works.
How do I get staff pricing?
Sign in with your airline work email. NonRevly recognises staff email addresses from more than 200 airlines. If you joined with a personal email, sign out and sign in again with your work email. If your airline isn't recognised, email us and we'll look into adding it.
How do I answer requests?
Verified airline staff see requests for their airline's flights in the Answer tab. Enter the open seats in each cabin and how many non-revenue travellers are listed. Each answer earns you one credit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NonRevly. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and credits you've bought never expire.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
In the app, go to Account → Notifications. You can also manage NonRevly's notifications in your phone's Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@nonrevly.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete your profile, requests and answers within 30 days. Cancel any subscription with Apple or Google first, because deleting your account doesn't stop their billing.
Is NonRevly part of an airline?
No. NonRevly is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. Loads are shared by members and can change quickly, so always check your airline's official tools before you travel.
